The Executive Fellowship in Advanced MIGS and Endometriosis Care offers an 18-month, high-fidelity, hands-on training experience designed for busy surgeons. Through small-group instruction, expert mentorship, realistic simulation, and flexible every-other-month weekend sessions, you’ll build the skills and confidence to manage complex gynecologic cases — including advanced endometriosis excision. Session #3 will specifically focus on hands-on skill development in pelvic sidewall opening and dissection including ureterolysis, adhesiolysis, organ injury and repair with further refinement of skill in using electrosurgical energy. Procedure specific training will involve excision of peritoneal endometriosis.
