Course Goals

The Executive Fellowship in Advanced MIGS and Endometriosis Care (EFAMEC) is designed along the lines of the “Executive MBA” – a curriculum, schedule, and cost designed for the active professional, who cannot take time away from their work and/or family to enroll in a full-time training. It is a program designed for the focused adult learner – relevant, practicable, and professionally transformative.

Comprehensive Training Curriculum for Transformative Skill Development

This 18-month, longitudinal program provides intensive, hands-on training using highly realistic, high-fidelity surgical simulation. Through supervised deliberate practice and repeated exposure to core and advanced MIGS procedures — including endometriosis excision — you’ll build the depth, precision, and confidence needed to manage complex gynecologic surgeries and become an exceptional MIGS surgeon.
