2019 ABOG Approved Boston Gynesim Advanced MIGS Course

Gynesim offers a 3 day (two part) intensive advanced laparoscopic surgical training course in Boston, MA. The participant can elect to sign up for both parts or either one individually.

The first part of the course (Friday and Saturday) is focused on skill development: advanced laparoscopic surgical techniques through an 'all Hands-On All The Time' method of learning, this course is appropriate for surgeons wishing to learn how to laparoscopically suture and tie knots critical to the development of an advanced surgical skill set.

The second part of the course (Sunday) is focused on the application of suturing and knot-tying skill to the cadaver platform with the opportunity of practicing organ injury and repair. As well, the second part of the course is intended to promote skill in laparoscopic dissection of the retroperitoneum, and develop clinically useful knowledge of the pelvic anatomy.
